Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ROUTVELI website and booking our tour services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ROUTVELI provides guided and self-guided tours, travel planning, airport transfers, hotel booking assistance, and related travel services in Georgia. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.
3. Bookings and Payments
Booking a tour with ROUTVELI constitutes a reservation request. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from our team. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and methods of payment will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date: full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date: no refund.
- ROUTVELI reserves the right to cancel tours due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, appropriate travel insurance, and meet any health requirements for travel to Georgia. ROUTVELI is not responsible for any costs arising from failure to comply with these requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
ROUTVELI acts as a service facilitator. We are not liable for loss, injury, damage, or additional expense caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, political situations, or third-party service failures.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ROUTVELI website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of ROUTVELI and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
